Full SD will be fine on the Surface Pro but will it run on the lower spec RT with ARM processor that is ,maybe, due out this month.
This hardware looks as if it is the ideal platform for SD. All the functions and not too big for the cockpit.

No, SkyDemon will not run on that platform.
